Mango smoothie bowl

1 serving; 10 min preparation.

Having a good nutritional breakfast is the best way to stay strong, young and healthy. That’s why I put a new delicious smoothie bowl together that has a good balance of valuable nutrients and flavors.

Lately I include in my diet two relatively new products on the market that became popular among nutrients. Hemp seeds and goji berries could be new in the stores, but they have been used for a very long time because of their health benefits.

Hemp seeds are underestimated for years because of their origin, namely the cannabis family. However they are not only safe to eat, but very healthy as well. They help with weight loss, calm muscle pain and high blood pressure.

Goji berries are used for centuries as a medicine in China. They are rich on antioxidants, vitamin A and C and fibers. They also contain all essential amino acids and complex carbs.

Ingredients

  • 150 g mango, frozen
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Preparation

Mix mango, almond milk and peanut butter in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

Slice the kiwi in thin slices. Place it on top of the mango mixture. Toss chia seeds and goji berries. Finnish with hemp seeds and blackberries.

Drizzle agave syrup on top. Enjoy!

  1. Maybe I should have opted for this instead of cereal 😊. I have all those ingredients. Great breakfast choice.
