Healthy banana oaths cookies

12-16 servings; 10 min preparation; 20 min cooking time.

Cookies do not necessarily need to be full of sugar and flour. With the idea of making healthy cookies, I put just four ingredients together. The cookies are just sweet enough and very yummy.

If you keep the basis ingredients in mind, you can create various creations according to your taste. Replace the cranberries with raisins for example. Or add some crushed nuts for extra crunch.


  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 150 g raw oaths
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 70 g dried cranberries


Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C/350 degrees F.

Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth, using a fork. Make sure that there are no lumps left.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Cover a baking tray with a piece of parchment paper. Using a small cooking ring make 12 to 16 cookies.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 20 min. Let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!

    1. Indeed, I used a fan-forced setting. If you are using a conventional oven, just increase the temperature slightly πŸ™‚
