These cookies should be the easiest to make. They include just four ingredients and 20 min of baking time. In half an hour you will have a sweet delicious treat.
For this recipe I used light smooth peanut butter that has 40 % less fat than the regular one. It’s entirely up to you what kind you will use. Just pick your favorite one. I also used dark brown sugar, because of its deep flavor. Regular crystal white sugar will do the job just fine.
- 200 g peanut butter
- 4 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 egg
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/350 degrees F.
Mix peanut butter and sugar in a bowl. Add chia seeds and the egg. Mix until smooth.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Use your hands and make small bowls from the mixture. Place them on the baking tray with a little bit of space in between. Press the bowls with a fork to make them flat.
Bake it the preheated oven for 20 min. Let them cook completely. Enjoy!
