Blueberries smoothie bowl

1 serving; 10 min preparation.

Make an easy healthy colorful breakfast in just a couple of minutes. This breakfast is suitable for all busy mornings when you don’t have the time to stay long in the kitchen. 

Smoothie bowls are so easy to make and there are endless variations.And the toppings are optional. Use your favorite ones, if you prefer. The amount of sweetness also depends on your own taste. I didn’t use any additional sweetener this time.


  • 150 g blueberries, frozen
  • 80 g vegan yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp almonds, flaked
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)


Put 3/4 of a banana, vegan yoghurt and frozen blueberries in a blender. Mix until smooth. Add 1/2 tsp agave syrup if necessary. Transfer to a bowl.

Cut 1/4 of the banana and the strawberries in thin slices. Put on top of the smoothie. Toss fresh blueberries and flaked almonds on top. Sprinkle the chia seeds. Drizzle 1/2 tsp agave syrup on top. Enjoy!
