Healthy tortilla lunch wrap

There are days when you really don’t want to cook a big lunch and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. If you have one of those days, just follow this easy and fast recipe and enjoy a quick and healthy lunch.

I’m always thinking about easy recipes that can save time and effort. These are also suitable to take with you to work. And you can use pretty much everything you have left in the fridge.

These wraps could be also completely vegetarian if you leave the chicken fillet out. Replace the fillet with a vegan version for extra flavor.


  • 2 medium whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 50 g chicken fillet
  • 50 g Emmental cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 20 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g black olives, halved and pitted


Warm the tortillas for a minute in the microwaves.

Spread one tbsp hummus on top of each wrap. Cover with slices of chicken fillet and cheese. Cover with lettuce leaves.

Cut the tomatoes and the olives in half. Spread them on top of the lettuce.

Roll the wraps as you make a burrito. Use a toothpick to hold the wraps together. Enjoy!
