For those days that you don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen, I made a light side dish with asparagus. It takes literally 10 min to make and it could accompany any meat or fish dish.
Ingredients
- 300 g green asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.
Cover an oven tray with a piece of parchment paper or grease it with vegetable oil. Wash the asparagus and dry it well with kitchen paper.
Spread the asparagus on the baking tray. Pour the lime juice on top. Make sure that all pieces are covered. Spread the Parmesan cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 min. Be careful not to overcook it, because the asparagus will turn very brown and soggy. Enjoy!
