- 2 ripe avocados
- 250 g greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 ts vanilla extract
It takes literally minutes to make. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If you like very sweet desserts, add more honey to the mixture.
Transfer the mousse to 4 glasses. Put it the fridge and let it cool. Enjoy!
